The burger. Classic American fanfare. I mean who doesn’t enjoy a great burger and fries? Despite what you may think, not every burger is the same. Put down that single wrapped plastic like cheese and head on over to Bobby’s Burger Palace.

Yes, this hipster vibe burger joint is brought to you by no other than the Chef himself, Bobby Flay. Yes, I’m talking about Food Network’s golden boy, Chef Flay.
Don’t like burgers?
Don’t worry, I’m with you. There are days where I’m not feeling red meat. Lucky for us, BBP allows you to substitute chicken or ground turkey in place of the ground beef for any burger they offer. And don’t worry, the chicken is grilled, not ground chicken. (I’m not necessarily against ground chicken, but I’ve had to mash it up for Bruce Wayne many times and it makes me slightly nauseous.) For you salad lovers out there, BBP offers 3 different salads that can be topped with any 3 proteins: beef, chicken or turkey. I’d like to be able to chime in on the salads, but I’m a basic Caesar salad kind of gal, so I haven’t tried any of the BBP salads yet.
Oh! My! Fries!
I would consider myself a fry snob. I’m very picky about my fries, but haven’t met a fry at BBP that I didn’t like. BBP offers 3 types of fries, but I highly recommend there most glutenous and delicious fries: the bacon cheese fries!
Bacon Cheese Fries
These are BBP’s regular fries with the genius of added melted cheese, bacon and SCALLIONS!! Swoon! I guess you could say it’s the Asian in me, but I am in love with the fact that BBP puts scallions on their fries.
If you’re not feeling like you want to spend the weekend at the gym, you can opt to eat the “healthier” sweet potato fries or the regular plain fries. Don’t let the word “plain” scare you off, these are a boardwalk type fry that is oh so delicious!
