Can you believe that the ViaGen Pets cloned Bruce Wayne puppies are now 4 months old?! How time flies when you are having fun! As many of you know, I call the puppies “The Others”, so when you see that within my blog and Instagram posts, know I’m speaking about the adorable Bruce Wayne mini’s.

I’m often asked if The Others are like Bruce Wayne. That’s hard to answer that question at this time. I got Bruce Wayne at the age of 5 months. He was the last in his litter to leave. His litter mates had been picked up at the regular 8 weeks of age, but Bruce Wayne had been continuously passed on due to his “big ears”. So, he spent 8 weeks to five months alone, without his siblings. I believe that shaped a lot of who he is today.

The Others are growing up with each other. They have each other to play with every day. Also, they are still younger than when Bruce Wayne came home with me, so it’s hard to say with any certainty how much they are or are not alike. Bruce Wayne was very active when he was a puppy. It wasn’t until about 8 months to a year that he became the sloth Chihuahua that he is today. 😉
I can say with certainty that they are more similar than different. While the similarities may not be as apparent to an outsider as they are to me, I can see more and more similarities each week! For instance, the puppies stretch as soon as they get up and have the same stretching routine as Bruce Wayne. The puppies are also starting to growl the same way as Bruce Wayne does at the same noises. And as most of you know, Bruce Wayne is addicted to heat, specifically, his heating pad. As you can see in the video below, The Others can often be spotted on the heat vent in the house. While these are small examples, this is exactly what I was hoping for in my cloning experience. I didn’t necessarily want a exact robotic copy of Bruce Wayne. I wanted to see traces and similarities of Bruce Wayne in The Others.
With that being said, I do believe each ViaGen Pets puppy clone does have his “own personality”. Again, when I say this, I’m saying that their overall personality is the same, but they each have a little personality of their own. And, knowing Bruce Wayne, I believe that their personality is an exaggerated extension of Bruce Wayne’s.
Tony Stark

Anyone that knows the Ironman series, knows that this is the perfect name for this puppy. Tony Stark loves to dismantle things and tries and chew on metal and/or wires. We often joke that he is “gathering parts for his suit”. Tony Stark’s personality can be best described thus far as a chill and relaxed puppy. He’s always content and perfectly happy being one of the bunch. Tony Stark loves to win your heart with his adorable puppy eyes, as when you are busy doing something and happen to look down, you will often see Tony Stark standing at your feet staring up at you.
Clark Kent

Clark Kent is still the biggest puppy, but while he is the biggest, he is also the most scared. He’s like a big teddy bear. He’s always unsure of new places, but is also the happiest of the puppies. You cannot have a bad day when you look at Clark Kent and see him wagging his tail, giving you puppy eyes! We like to say that he’s “happy to just be alive” and “he loves life”. 🙂
The exaggerated personality trait of Bruce Wayne that Clark Kent has is his jealousy. If he sees one of The Others getting love and attention, he wants that same love and attention. If sees one of The Others with a toy, he wants that toy. Clark Kent has a running case of FOMO (fear of missing out)!
Peter Parker

Peter Parker is still the smallest of The Others. Due to his sweet and loving personality, he has earned the nickname of “Sweet Pete”. Honestly, it doesn’t get much sweeter or loving than Peter Parker. And while he is the smallest, Peter Parker is the bravest. We often take them to our parkour gym and let them run on the spring floor. While, The Others are often scared to climb the on the mats, Peter Parker has no problem running up the wedge mats and jumping off the highest point.
Wade Wilson

Wade Wilson has truly earned the infamous Deadpool nickname “Merc With a Mouth” as he is still the most talkative puppy. Wade Wilson also has some “anger management” issues. If he is napping and one of The Others bumps into him, he is quick to jump up, growl and nip at them. Don’t worry, he’s never hurt any of The Others, but surely lets him know how he feels about their incidental contact. And yes, this is also a trait of Bruce Wayne’s. Despite Bruce Wayne’s overall calm demeanor, he does have an “angry” side. When he’s had enough, you’ll know it. And despite Wade Wilson’s bad boy ways, at heart, he is a true momma’s boy just like Bruce Wayne.
All in all, it’s been a great few months with the ViaGen Pets puppies! They are so much fun and getting into a great routine. They are now also sleeping throughout the night. Their bedtime is a hard 11:00 p.m. and they typically sleep until about 7:00 a.m. After they get up and go potty, they usually walk over to their beds and will go back to sleep until about 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. In that regard, they are certainly taking after their sleepy big brother, Bruce Wayne.
The Others have also all learned their names and will respond when you say their names. This is a big relief as since there are 4, I had concerns about how they would each learn their own names, but they are such smart pups that it was like second nature for them to learn their names.
We thank you for following our cloning journey. We hope that you can see that while these puppies are quite special, they act, live and play just like “normal” puppies. As always, feel free to email us with any questions you may have. And stay on the lookout for The Others’ 6 month birthday celebration! It is sure to be a fun time with a special giveaway!

Your boys are so precious and we love learning more about them! The videos are just the best.
Awww, thanks so much for your kind words Zoey and momma! 🙂 We hope you are doing well.
xoxo!
